The real treasure of Hostivice is the name of the village itself. Hosti_more, or perhaps hosts_more. The first thing that comes to mind is that it's a hospitable place. Everyone would like to live here! Based on this play on words, ideas suddenly start to hatch. How about integrating the name of the village into all local activities. The Hostivice beer festival could be called Hosti_slav, the local pub could be (quite unconventionally) Hosti_nec, the computer club at the local school could be called Hosti_ng and the local patriots' association could be called Hosti_mil. A new language begins to form around the root word.
The whole thing is actually very simple, today's architects respect where people walk and design roads accordingly. Also, the identity of a city, if it is to serve people's communication well, cannot be designed in a directive way. It has to be accepted spontaneously and actively transformed according to the needs of the locals. Our proposal is there for all local festivals, clubs, events or sports matches. Our graphic studio has prepared a solution so straightforward that anyone can use and develop it... In short, a host_of ideas.
